This text describes how the project handles data from the contact form, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and should not be read as legal advice. Known open items, to be resolved before the site goes public:
- Set up a real contact email for data subjects (there is currently no dedicated email channel for access, correction or deletion requests).
- Confirm how the LGPD, Brazil's data protection law, applies (which legal basis covers a non-commercial contact) and whether this project needs a data protection officer (DPO).
- Assess international data transfers, since the service that will send contact form messages has not been chosen yet and most of these tools are hosted outside Brazil.
What data we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and the message you write. We use this data only to reply to your message. We don't sell it, share it or use it to send you advertising.
How your message is sent
The contact form is still being set up: the plan is for it to use an external email service so that messages reach the project's author, but that service hasn't been chosen yet and, for now, sending is simulated. We have no database of our own storing messages; once real sending is live, they will go only to the author's email inbox.
Cookies
This site currently uses no tracking cookies or audience analytics tools. If that changes, you'll see a notice asking for your permission before any non-essential cookie is turned on, and you'll be able to decline as easily as you accept.
How long we keep your data
We keep your contact message only for as long as we need to reply, and until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to find out what data of yours we hold, or to have it corrected or deleted. This site's contact form is still being set up (right now it doesn't actually send messages), so for the time being delivery through it is not guaranteed. Until the form is fully working, use the artist's official Instagram to flag a request related to this site, or look there for a direct contact channel with the project's author.
